I've been meaning to post this for a while. The book that Paul Lonardo and Detective Raymond Pingitore wrote was released last winter. It's called "Thrill Killers: A True Story of Innocence & Murder Without Conscience". I don't know if I personally want to read it, but I've been told by true crime fans that it's a good read. Check it out if you're interested!

There will be a fundraiser for the Jason Burgeson Memorial Scholarship Fund on Friday, May 18th from 6:30pm-11:30pm at the LeBaron Hills Country Club in Lakeville, MA. Donation is $35 per person for a night of dinner, dancing, and auctions. Click here for more information, or email Kellie here.

Happy Holidays everyone! Just a quick note today: A Rhode Islander named Paul Lonardo is co-authoring a book about Jay and Amy. To make it a little more personal, he'd really like to talk with as many of Jay and Amy's friends as possible. Wow. Has it really been six years? It's hard to think about everthing that's happened in my life in the last 6 years and wonder what kind of interesting things should have happened in Jay's life. Today is also the first time June 9th has fallen on a Friday since the year Jay and Amy were taken from us. Thanks, Jen, for putting a flower on his grave for me... Please leave happy Jay and Amy thoughts in my guest book. :)

Hey Everyone. One piece of news to report: Last I heard, there will be no golf tournament this year, as Jason's sister will not have time to organize it. If anything changes, I will update you here. Additionally, I'd still love to get a photo album together, but I need many more pictures. If you have any scanned pictures of Amy or Jay, please send them my way. Or if you have physical copies you can send me, I'll find a way to scan them. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Today's the day. Five years. In some ways, it feels like Jason and Amy were taken from us just yesterday. In other ways, it seems so long ago. Either way, Jason and Amy are still in our hearts, where they always will be.

Amy's friend, Chris, had a great idea today. He suggested a photo album for the site. The only problem is I still need more pictures of Amy. If you have any pictures of Amy (or Jay) you'd like to share, please send them to me, and I'll put an album together as soon as I can. Thanks!

Additionally, I believe the scholarship golf tournament scheduled for this Saturday may now be full or close to full, but please contact me if you'd like to check for last minute openings.
